The reason for the title is because this award should make you reflect on five bloggers who have been an encouragement, a source of love, impacted you in some way, and have been a Godly example to you. Five Bloggers who when you reflect on them you get a sense of pride and joy... of knowing them and being blessed by them.
Of course, this isn't as easy as one might think. Some of the people I would choose have been chosen before and it's always nice to spread these things out a bit. :) Jen, Kim, Baxter and Carla have been done already so..... here are my days' choices.
1. My hubbie Jim, what can I say, he makes me think.... sometimes even when I don't want to. :) His blog is: Kerussomen Christon Estauromenon (try saying that five times fast!) . I do have to admit, sometimes he just makes me laugh to. Good posts, listen to his preaching sometime, he does a good job of expounding God's word.
2. This man, Even so, over at Voice of Vision, I have learned from. Some of his posts of answered long held thoughts and made me reconsider. I see God in a lot of what he writes. His responses to others seem well-considered as well.
3. Scott over at Random Responses is also one I learn from. Some of his posts make me think, others well... they don't, but that's okay. He's a good preacher, you should give his sermons a listen to. He is an encouraging blogger.
4. Holly at Seeking Faithfulness. Oh...meeting her is something I would love to do some day. Share a bag of Doritos (even though it's not good for me) and just sit and chat about kids, God and what we think about it all. Would be fun.
5. Paul over at Kerux Noemata recently did a series on things he likes about his church. Made me think, just as he often does. Really appreciate his writings, learn from him, sometimes laugh, but all round a good reflective blogger.
Rules of participating, don't feel obligated, but it is nice when you join the fun :) :
1. Copy this post.
2. Replace my bloggers with yours & reflect on five bloggers and write a least a paragraph about each one.
3. Make sure you link this post so others can read it and the rules.
4. Go leave your chosen bloggers a comment and let them know they've been given the award.
5. Put the award icon on your site.

Annette, I can't even PRONOUNCE your husband's blog name! :)
Thanks, friend. I would love to meet you, too. That would be great!
(I haven't had Doritos in FOREVER! Now....I'm going to desperately want them. See, it's a good thing they are so expensive....I would cave in on the junk food stuff...but not the price.) :)
I will make my selections and post them soon, okay?
Thank you, I will post soon as well.
I also wanted to let you know that I would definitely come over to your blog more often, as I used to, but whenever I try, it takes an awful long time for the page to load, and things go all screwy with my other pages that I have open. Not sure why, and not sure if others are having this same problem, but I wanted to let you know...
Blessings...
I haven't had any issues loading up this blog. I use the Firefox browser and that may make a difference. Other that clearing out your cache and cookies, or Annette changing her blog template I have no suggestions as to what might be up.
Glad you were honored by our dear friend, Jen!
And how sweet to honor your hubby! :)
And, yes it does take awhile to usually load Annette's blog. Even with a faster connect service it takes longer to load this site than any other. At first I thought maybe it was the pictures, but Jen has pictures on hers and it doesn't take as long.
