I Peter 2:9-10 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Once you were not a people, but now you are God's people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.

So how does one teach a child to see God?
Praying with Justin is sometimes a challenge.
After a frustrating time with him tonight I asked him what's up with not wanting to pray.
He said "I don't know who God is". "what does God look like."
I did like Billy Graham's approach. "Can you see the wind?" We can't see a lot of things, but we know they exist and we know a lot about them. Kids can understand that.
