Cinnamon French Toast Sticks and Sausage

Cinnamon French Toast Sticks with Sausage

1 cup Blueberries
6 ea Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain)
2 Tbsp Butter, whipped
1 tsp Cinnamon
7 ea Egg Whites
1 ea Egg, Whole, Large
1/2 cup Milk, 1% milkfat
1 1/2 lb Sausage, turkey, hot, smoked
1 cup Strawberries
1/2 cup Syrups, maple
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Preparation Instructions:
Cut each slice of bread into 3 equal sticks. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. arrange bread slices to fit in single layer in dish, sprinkle with cinnamon. In a bowl, beat egg whites and egg with milk, syrup, butter and vanilla just until blended. Pour evenly over the bread. Bake immediately OR cover and refrigerate several hours. Preheat oven to 350. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until firm to the touch. Garnish with fruit. Serve hot. Cook sausage and serve with french toast.
