Tonight's Supper - Beef, corn and potatoes

Beef, Corn and Potatoes - my own recipe

6 oz Beef, Roast Beef, Deli



1 Tbsp Butter



3/4 cup Corn, white



1 med Potatoes, red













Preparation Instructions:
cook corn to desired tenderness, add butter.

heat roast beef (we used leftover roast beef) through (cut into chunks and put in fry pan). Scramble fry with pre-cooked potatoes if desired.

Balanced using formulazone.
